Research shows that mindful meditation can bring significant improvements to your health, happiness, and well-being. Mindfulness is a method of self-empowerment through which skilful and life enhancing choices can be made in the present moment by learning to leave the past behind us or projecting ourselves into a future.

Our workshops are designed to provide practical application of mindfulness in our daily life and educated ourselves on the harmful nature of mindlessness. The workshop introduces mind-body connection and its implication on our health and physiology, specifically focusing on stress, anxiety and stress-related reactions.

The workshop provides a structured approach to reducing harmful and unhealthy mental states such as stress, anxiety, anger or fear through the cultivation and application of mindfulness in daily life.
